New Manager's Special

New special rate for monthly customers!

Now offering a special monthly rate for RV sites. Tenant only pays for electric used.

Sites includes: water, sewer, electric, and trash.

Please call the park office for availability and details!

Short-Term Parking

We have a nice selection of short term sites available!

They are all pull-through sites and are full service (water, sewer, and electric). They are also compatible for big rigs and slide outs!

We also offer a variety of discounts for our short-term rates. We provide discounts for AAA, Good Sam, military, and senior. Discounts only apply to the nightly rate.

Long-Term Parking

If you are looking to stay a little longer we have you covered!

We have a weekly stay available for both back-in and pull-through sites.

We also have a monthly options for back in and pull-through. All sites are full hook-ups (water, sewer, electricity, and trash).

Special Monthly Rate

We also offer a special monthly discounted rate if you choose to put the electricity in your name. Your rate will include: water, sewer, and trash with electricity billed through the local electric company.

In order to get this discount you must pay the first two months of your rent in advance, these are non-refundable. This rate comes with several additional discounts:

$10.00 off if your rent is paid on the first of the month.
$10.00 off if you sign up for automatic payment from your bank account.
$10.00 off for senior citizens. (65 years and above)

Weekly Rentals

We also have multiple fully furnished rental units available which we rent out by the week.
